Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any active offers will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delays & Carrier Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Weather or natural events

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
